Wednesday Wisdom

As I sit and recollect where I have came from. I am reminded of some wonderful times and some wonderful people. I am also reminded of some not so great times and some not so great people. I celebrate the fact that I am aging. I am not sad to be 37 - I am proud! I am past all the teenager ways, jealousy, envy, greed, back stabbing,jealousy,name calling, judging etc... I am sure you get the picture. On the other hand it saddens me to come across grown adults who are still stuck in this rut and many not even realize it.

I love the fact that I am who I am. On any given day, I am me -- I dont try to pretend to be someone who I am not for certain people. God created all of us to be a unique individual. I am glad I am not just like someone else. I am glad I am me. I am glad Scott is my husband. I am glad that I have four amazing children. I am glad God gave me two wonderful parents and two wonderful in laws.

There is no one I want to be other than myself, there is no family I want other than mine. God planned all of this out just for me and I thank him for that. So when you are sitting around wondering why - why someone dont like you, why your not someones friend, why you have hair you dont like, why your kids drive you crazy, why things in your life arent just right-------dont ask why----- turn to God and thank him for planning this out for you ----- for giving you the friends HE wants you to have, for giving you the hair HE wants you to have, for even giving you children that can drive you crazy, for not revealing your lifelong plan to you but having it all mapped out.!!

Be thankful for what you are, what you have, your family, your friends, and anything you have! God loves you!
